How far in advance should I order my flowers?
We recommend that you order them at least 24 hours in advance to access our free delivery in our limited area.
Why the color and type of flower can vary?
We depend on the availability of color and variety from our suppliers, in case we do not have access or availability of your choice, we will always look for the color or variety most similar to your order. In case of any changes we will notify you by email or text before placing your order.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we have it for both parties involved. For our client, if you want to cancel the order, it must be before 10 am on the day of delivery with the option to reschedule it at a cost of 50%. And for us as a company we will cancel the order due to inclement weather condition with the option to reschedule it at no additional cost to our client.
